Something not working, a question about your subscription, or an idea? Email us. Tell us your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version and the Tinydo version (Settings → bottom of the screen). Please don't send medical details.

Subscriptions

Do I need a subscription? Yes. Tinydo is free to download, but using it requires a Tinydo Pro subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly. There is no free plan. After the short setup, the subscription screen shows the plans and prices in your currency.

Cancel or change your plan: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Tinydo. You can also tap "Manage subscription" in Tinydo's Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

Free trial: the monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; it is the only plan with a trial, and weekly and yearly are billed from the start. If notifications are on, Tiny reminds you 2 days before it ends.

Daily limit for Tiny: during the free trial Tiny answers up to 10 messages a day; with a paid subscription, up to 40 a day. The count starts again each day.

Restore a purchase: tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen or in Tinydo → Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reminders don't arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Tinydo in the Settings app, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing them. In Tinydo → Settings you can send a test reminder. For routines that should ring like an alarm (iOS 26), allow Alarms for Tinydo.

Sync between devices

Tinydo uses your private iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID on both devices and keep iCloud sync on in Tinydo's Settings. Sync can take a few minutes.

Tiny's AI

"Tell Tiny" is a chat: you can keep talking, and Tiny remembers the conversation on your device. Tiny only uses AI if you allow it. You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Privacy → "Tiny thinks with AI"; Tinydo then keeps working with built-in steps. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent.

Delete your data

Tinydo has no accounts. Settings → "Delete all my data" erases everything on the device and in your Tinydo iCloud data.
